XREAL 1 Pro+ Adds Brighter Visuals And Smoother 3D Conversion To One Pro

XREAL’s latest wearable display, the 1 Pro+, is a focused refresh of its One Pro platform. The XREAL 1 Pro+ is available globally for $599 through XREAL.com, adding a brighter display, new viewing modes, smoother 2D-to-3D conversion, and a redesigned nose pad.

The glasses retains the XREAL X1 Pro’s core tech: spatial computing chip, native 3DoF spatial anchoring, and 57-degree field of view. That makes the “Plus” a set of targeted upgrades rather than a new design from the ground up.

The display has been improved, reaching up to 1,200 nits of peak brightness, while AI HDR is intended to improve how supported content looks. Standard, Movie, and Reading modes let users adjust the presentation for different kinds of viewing. For gamers using the glasses as a personal display, higher peak brightness could help make the image easier to see in brighter surroundings, though actual results will depend on the content and viewing conditions.

XREAL has also doubled the frame rate for its 2D-to-3D conversion feature, from 30 to 60 frames per second. The conversion adds depth to traditional 2D content directly through the glasses. Smoother motion should be useful for games and video with lots of movement, where the lower frame rate could make converted scenes feel less fluid.

Comfort gets an adjustment too. The new nose pad system is designed to improve stability and help users keep a consistent view during longer sessions. Fit can have a direct effect on a wearable display: a shifted frame can make it harder to keep the image aligned, even when the display itself is unchanged.

The XREAL 1 Pro+ is available now for $599. XREAL has kept the core One Pro experience intact while concentrating this update on image brightness, viewing choices, motion smoothness, and fit. For current One Pro owners, the main question will be whether those daily-use changes justify the cost of upgrading.
